I've been told by a friend *clears throat* that a significant portion of the Saturday morning viewing audeince of "Pee-Wee's Playhouse" and the "New Adventures of Mighty Mouse" were slightly older viewers who were just getting in after partying all night. At least that's what I've heard.

"Pee Wee's Big Aventure" is one of the rare 1980's films that liked when I saw it in the theater as a teenager, then watched again years later as an adult, and loved it. Revisiting just about every other 1980's film that I had fond memories of seeing as a teenager provided the opposite adult viewing experience.

I actually liked "Cars 2" better than "Cars". I know, that's not saying much, but I was surprised at how much I wound up enjoying it—for starters, the story was somewhat more creative and not a "Doc Hollywood" ripoff, and visually it might have been as amazing as any movie I've ever seen.
