There are 93 cars in the current Canton CL between $4-6K. This underpowered palace of velour is one of them. I am willing to bet at least 20 of those 92 other vehicles are a better deal than this one. A 140HP, ‘89 Cougar is a cat with no claws. This was not a memorable era for Ford products.  ND for me.
