The rare two game show episode.

Elvira

So, the guy got fired from many young comedians’ dream job. This was in response to a public outcry arising from hist racist comments on a podcast, and a portion of the comedy audience effectively disavowed him and continues to do so as seen in the current blowback to his being offered a hosting gig.

He’s going to sell Old Glory robot insurance full-time now?

Carl Weathers gets the absolute highest compliment I can give a performer: His work was my favorite part of every single thing he was in. What a legend.

The worst part is all the idiots who are about to act like the Mandalorian crew should have known he was going to die and given him a better ending, just like they did for Chadwick Boseman, Ray Stevenson, and Kevin Conroy.

If he dies, he dies.

I tried the churro and pretzel last weekend.

The churro was great, with a chew on the inside and a crispiness on the outside that was tons better than Costco’s old churros.

But the pretzel needs work. The ends were rock hard (when I bit into one, my daughter thought my tooth had broken because the crunch was so loud)

Especially since their alternate tagline is, “Once you know, don’t let the cat out of the bag,” when half the shots in the trailer feature a literal cat in a bag, I can’t imagine it’s anything else (maybe a meta reference to it being Cat-herine O’Hara, but Vaughn’s not that clever).

I don’t want Talking Heads to get back together if they don’t enjoy it. They don’t seem to have the Fleetwood Mac alchemy of thriving on pissed off energy.

I’ve never had a toasted ravioli that wasn’t deep fried. But they’ve always had cheese in them and came with marinara. I rarely indulge, but I love them.

Why would Mr. T talk about it? Was she a fool that he pitied?

Yes. You can say that, and you should, if you feel compelled to.

Dr Baby’s response to you tells you everything you need to know about the way this discourse always plays out. If you don’t agree with the leaps in logic that it takes to arrive at “jokes = harm”, then you’ll be labeled a nazi. Modern progressive purity, via the toxicity of social media, is a bane on people’s ability

This is the kind of thing we have to stop doing. Dave Chapelle is funny, says funny things, and makes jokes. Some of those jokes hit, some of those jokes feel a little dated now or maybe don’t work well with the way some people’s values have changed, but it’s just comedy. He isn’t out there advocating for anything

The Michael Bolton one gets me every time.  Instantly cheers me up.

Mikey Day nailed it, with his look and portrayal on stage. The extra baggy button up shirt, the hair, the chin beard. On point.

So you’re saying the chips are a lye?
