There’s something funny about Krysten Ritter (star of Jessica Jones) starring in a spin-off of Orphan Black (starring She-Hulk headliner Tatiana Maslany) in a show called Echoes (not to be confused with Marvel’s Echo).
I might have chosen different wording there. “fun sexy times” and “firehose... hitting viewers in the face”.
Take. All. The. Stars.
I don’t understand the whole ‘The Sky Is Falling’ attitude in this article. Who cares what people on TikTok say about anything, really?
There are another 6-8 properties waiting to be announced at D23 this year. Speculation on what they are includes Armor Wars, Wonder Man, Eternals 2, Deadpool 3, The Mutants, and something for either Black Knight or the Midnight Sons.
I can see why this had to be a video.
The bridge shown in several clips is the Mass. Ave bridge over the Charles River at MIT. So is it just a convenient place to film, or does that have some significance? Doesn’t Ironheart have a MIT link? Tony Stark did.
I honestly never knew about the Greece connections to his character. I always thought his biggest personal trait that anyone cared about was his long history of being a dick.
The thing about the Mesoamerican stuff being changed from being Greek? It’s not gonna matter. The Grecian roots didn’t really matter to Namor’s origins, and I doubt anyone thinks “this is and must be Greek” when they think of anything Namor-related (that’s more Aquaman’s thing).
Didn’t TBS start out showing sitcom reruns and Atlanta Braves baseball and that was it?
Aw man, I loved him. He was in so much that I love, but to this day, when I think of David Warner, I think of:
Welcome to Pop Culture in the Year 2022, where shipping and fan fiction of officially overrules the intentions of the original creators of a work because a group of random people on the internet or a podcast say so.
And apparently 4th-wall breaks, like the comic!
A moment of pedantry: Osborn as Gold Goblin is a face turn. Ben Reilly as Chasm is a heel turn.
I think there’s little doubt we’ll see him again as The Doctor in the upcoming 60th anniversary special.
The problem with the meme is that there isn’t a joke in it at all. It’s bad.
I know a lot of G/O media writers get unfairly called out as plants and shills, but goddamn, this article reads like a straight-up commercial.
You're just writing about this now? This happened like two days ago and the entire internet has already weighed in. Just, what's even the point?
Wonder Man could be a fun character. Especially if they go with the part of the character where he is an actor who is basically indestructible. Plus it means getting closer and closer to being able to do West Coast Avengers. Especially since Hank Pym already lives in California.
