There’s a lot of fun to be had outside of missions, interacting with the characters. It reminds me of the X-Men Legends games from over a decade ago (outside of combat) …updated to include the friendship / relationship mechanics from games like Mass Effect and the Persona series.

For me, it’s the lack of Jerry Reed, Sandy Duncan, and all the other celebrity cameos who were well past their prime by the time I actually watched the show (with a slight caveat of Sonny & Cher, due to his politics and her forcing auto-tune on the masses).

First two which came to mind for me: Overwatch and Control.
