My first car was a 1968 Mustang coupe with a V8 and manual drum brakes. I drove it through high school and lived to tell the tale. 

I mean, you can’t exactly drive down to Advance Auto or Napa and get parts like you can for a 2004 Ford F-150. Amazon doesn’t seem to have many parts either.

For me it’s wagon or no dice.

A buddy of mine in high school financed a NEW at the time 1997 Chevy Caviler. He worked at a restaurant nights and weekends to afford it.
