I’m not a big fan of the show but this certified hot take was a bit much. Could Jill Solloway have done better with the situation? Yes, and she’s said as much. Is the show harmful to trans people? I don’t know, but it sure did a lot better getting trans actors and writers jobs than any other show out there.

I do an eight hour extreme fast every night from about 11 pm to 7 am.  It’s really revelatory - you actually dream during the process - and then when it’s  over I’m prepped and ready to stuff my face for all my waking hours.
