If I remember correctly, most automakers thankfully have accounted for that.
Chevy runs an engine maintenance cycle every 6 weeks and will initiate gasoline burnoff if the tank is not refreshed within 6 months.

Check out electric cars or plug in hybrids, they are worth it for commutes.

Get a receipt, tell them you have proof of payment and bugger off.
But that is good to know and scammers are annoyingly everywhere now.

Let the child earn the phone, demonstrate responsibility and pay for it themselves. Or give them part of the bill, lets say they landed a job at a shop and are now responsible for $20/month on the phone bill.

If Chevy would promote, advertise, and train sales on the nuances of electric cars, the Volt and Bolt would start selling like hotcakes! Anything that saves people a bit of money...

Rats! I liked the Volt and hope they only suspend, and not actually kill it.

For the record, if car makers would promote electric/hybrids and actually make a viable sales pitch, they would have a fighting chance to edge out ICE.
