This feels like the most Canadian story ever. Yes, there was cursing and anger - but then where was the bald-faced public denial of the easily proved? Where was the “no comment at this time”, or the “my statements were taken out of context”? Where were the passive-aggressive insults, the noncommittal legal threats,…

I would just like to say that I am absolutely the kind of person that would cheat at a marathon. Luckily, I’m not the kind of person who’d ever run one, but still...
