Criticize all you want, but as a realist living in Texas I understand that it really doesn’t matter who I vote for president. The state is just about guaranteed to carry whoever won the Republican primary so my portion of Texas’ electoral votes will go R regardless of what box I check on the ballot.

I may have voted for Ron Paul in the past but that’s just because he wanted to abolish the IRS and I was willing to overlook a whole lot of crazy to try out that experiment.

Either this attorney thinks everyone is an idiot who will believe this hogwash about “criminal intent” or he’s the only attorney not to have understood a single thing in first year law.

As a seventh generation Texan, I’d like to agree with you, but the fact that Ted Cruz was re-elected recently makes that a difficult case to prove.

As another native Texan, it’s not so much who I voted for as it is who I voted against. I, as a Texan, voted against Trump, Cruz, and Abbot.

There’s a family down the street from me that just moved here (Pennsylvania) from California. Giant Trump flag in the pickup, but it still has California plates months after moving because they don’t really believe in following the law.

I need to write this down and remember it.

White boys, that is.

What you have to understand about Conservatism is at its core, it is about preserving an in-group protected by the law but not bound by it, and an out-group bound by the law but not protected by it.

Buzzing the cyclists before running them over is the real kicker.

And add to that he was driving a vehicle that was capable (read: the emissions systems were intentionally altered) of rolling coal. That’s like he was carrying an unregistered hand gun that he was brandishing and then oops shot someone.

Even more so from a Texas DA.

We have here the crossing of 3 things

more like:

Rolling coal when a person is in the vicinity and when the individual rolling coal intentionally or knowingly causes that excess exhaust to contact that bystander is AT A MINIMUM an assault. They are causing their vehicle to “spit” on a living, breathing, human being that is worthy of dignity and not having his or her

did not involve any criminal intent

I bet my left nut that his parents make voting choices based on “law and order” and who’s “tough on crime”.

Truth.
