It took this long for him to even be embarrassed?

It’s recount time!

It’s embarrassing to be a state senator at this point.”

“Looking back, I didn’t think it would be this ridiculous. It’s embarrassing to be a state senator at this point.”

At the risk of doing the same, I would say that transcends race.

it feels like I hear basically the same joke on the Daily Show and then minutes later on Colbert; so similar that it’s almost like the same writers work on those shows. Having said that, Colbert in particular helped in no small part maintain my sanity the last few years,

Checked your past comments before replying because this sure sounds like trolling and yup didn’t even need to scroll down to see the N-word.

all white male feminists are lying sacks of shit...” That seems a bit much donchathink?

Good on him, glad Seth isn’t dancing around the subject. James feels like a capsule of a certain type of predator from the 2000s. Him, John Mayer, Dane Cook, Chris Delia, all similar creepy white man vibes who think they are progressive.

The article reads like a Q-post. Occam’s razor folks.

“no explanation as to why the couple has decided to split after 27 years”

Or maybe it’s because the youngest kid hit 18.

NASCAR has always been heavily biased to mechanical grip, so instead of avoiding the wall to keep aero functioning, they “break” aero and let the air spilling off the right hand side of the splitter blow into the gap and produce a side force that lets them ‘un-steer’ and knock off a little of the slip angle.

Too close

I always hear people shoutPlay Johnny B. Goode!”, but maybe that’s just a UK thing.

This is a fun contrast to how NASCAR cars are currently setup, where they often ride the wall to get an increase in speed.

Even if there WERE brakes, just the sheer amount of momentum would fuck you over. I read somewhere that if you’re a rail engineer, your chances of killing some dumbass on the tracks hit 100% past a certain point simply because most people think a train can stop on a dime.

Considering how many people think an F-150 has the stopping distance of a Huffy with the tassels, it’s not really surprising even an expert can get their ass handed to them by momentum.

Race cars also experience the wall effect, that’s why the racers at Indy pull away from the wall on the straights. There is an energy cost to extend the turn but the speed gains down the long straights are worth it.

Not only are there no brakes, but you also don’t have steerage at slow speeds. I assume this ship has bow thrusters and that will help, but that’s a lot of mass on a fluid surface that’s just going to keep heading in the direction it’s heading for a while after you attempt to correct course.
