It’d be cool if parents would understand that some people don’t want kids and not give them grief for their very personal choices. And, good with kids isn’t a guarantee of good parent.
How can she say, “That people don’t cheat because they are missing something in themselves or at home.” But then say, “People who cheat feel alive and do it to fill a longing and loss.” If you feel a longing, loss and not alive, then isn’t something in you or at home missing?
This feels like a more roundabout way of saying ‘there’s a hole in my life that can only be filled by a different person’, which comes back around to the source of the problem being a deficiency in the person that decided to cheat, which pretty neatly makes the problem lie in you, the cheater. Yeah, you can dress it…
