The frame is functional on SUP boards, rafts, and even stand alone on the ground. The price is so high because of the light weight but really strong metal we use for the poles and welding of parts. Plus 2 good SUP boards can cost $1,000 by themselves

One person can be on it diagonally without needing a counter weight...but floating in hammocks on water is always better with more people

The SUP boards will typically be sufficient to counteract the weight...if it’s too disproportional, you’d be the one using the hammock in the middle to provide even more center of gravity for others to be on the outside
