This tool is helpful, but I’d recommend finding a shop you like (and trust!) and sticking with it if you want the best deal. I ran an auto repair shop for five years and I loved getting to know the regular customers. To me, seeing a familiar face meant I didn’t have to try to convince them we weren’t about to rip them…
