The old Speedvision/Speed channel did that the first year or two they had the race (2001-2002 ish).

I just wrote the same thing. If you moved the team to downtown Phoenix or the east valley I believe they could do very well. The problem is the stadium is in BFE and retiree central, just a terrible place to have it.
