I think it's pretty obvious that this is dated before SAC. Since SAC is in 2030 A.D. and this trailer says 2027. Only a 3 year difference, but I'm expecting A LOT of flashbacks. I think it's great, from all the intro's I've always wondered where Kusanagi came from, her backstory, and finally we're getting it.
