Definitely. I was a teenager in the 80s and even then, sex while incapacitated was considered “regrettable sex” and not “rape.” There was no phrase for “date rape” in 1975. Rape was a violent act committed by a stranger, basically.

Probably in the make up chair. Many women do this when we feel uncomfortable. The make up artists probably said that they didn’t have the right shade of make up, and she apologized for the inconvenience, even though it was the make up artist who should have apologized for being unprepared.
