The current base Golf is not helping out much when it comes to CAFE. The base Golf gets 24/33...the GTI gets 24/32. The 1.8 TSI is a great engine, but it more powerful than most of its competitor’s base engines and that shows in fuel economy. I think as soon as VW has a compact CUV in the US (smaller than the Tiguan)

I don’t know if that is true or not but I suspect selling both the regular Golf wagon and the Alltrack version will not survive the next time the model is updated in the US.

Depends on how you define “base” Golf- Cheapest Golf or slowest Golf? It wouldn’t surprise me if in a few years the Golf lineup in North America is just eGolf, Golf GTI, and Golf R (plus Alltrack).

You should probably do some research into why that tax came about.

Of course. But pandering to a PG-13 rating generally results in a worse movie than if they just said fuck it and accepted an R rating.

Proudly rocking those terrible tattoos is pretty much proof that she is fearless.

I feel like there is an interesting story wrapped in this bizarrely written, headache inducing post.

I couldn’t tell if Kristen was talking about Bush-era cars in general or Bush-era TVRs, but I think she maybe means the latter? Idk it is a very odd and abrupt sentence to start the post.

Its a fantastic movie, but The Dark Knight is not a masterpiece. Its last act is very lackluster as the movie runs out of steam and starts to prod along, and the whole Two-Face plot gets shoved into the movie wasting a great character.

All the USB ports on the PS4 (any version) are USB 3.0. Depending on the external hard drive you use they are comparable and sometimes faster than the internal one.

Cabotage is domestic rights within the same country. 5th freedom is international flights between Country A and Country B operated by an airline from Country C (where the flight continues on to Country C from either B or A).

“Loophole” doesn’t mean what you seem to think it means, 5th freedom flights are not loopholes...

Real holidays are the one you get off of work on.

High volume dealers make basically all their money from the service department. They care less about the actual selling of cars (or rather, they are less dependent on car sales to survive) so they are more willing to deal and put up with customer “shenanigans” (for lack of better term).

Or, even better, use an external one.

In base form this truck will likely have a lot more off road focused (re: expensive) equipment on it. They will be trading a lot on the Jeep (Wrangler) name and reputation, this is not meant to be cost competitive with lower trim mid sized pick ups, but pricing still can’t be out of this world hence things like shared

This thing is already going to be expensive...you want Jeep to make it even more expensive by giving it unique rear doors instead of sharing the doors with the Unlimited?

They didn’t file charges. Police investigate, present case to DA, who then decides if the case has merit/is winnable, then they (DA) file charges or not. If no charges filed the investigation may end, or police may continue investigating to build stronger case depending on DA wishes/the case. Police don’t file

Still better than the new Silverado’s front end.

It’s fun going back to the first Assassin’s Creed and seeing how primitive and different it is compared to the standard AC game today. Also fun to remember how aside from the very repetitive game play it blew everyone’s mind at the time.
