DadJokes, but I’m 97% sure that’s the rationale.

That’s sadly exactly what’s going on.

Wondering when the first voice of reason and experience would arrive, and here you are. I was an air cooled VW nut. My son got the bug, but decided that an ‘05 Passat should be his first venture in the brand. Hold shit, that rolling crap can almost finished me off, since he was a broke college kid, and I got stuck

Thank you so much for the in-depth feedback! I have a lot of stuff planned regarding the little niches of race car that I love best, and I’m trying to get other folks to come share their own passions and opinions here, too. Like, there's a fella who wrote his own biography about Bruno Giacomelli just because he likes

I’m an avid off road motorcyclist and occasionally take my truck down a trail. Many people don’t understand that off roading allows you to see places and sites that are really unavailable any other way! (Few people have the fitness to hike twenty miles out into the desert and back.)

It’s difficult because aviation fatalities are counted on a per hour basis, while vehicle fatalities are counted on a per mile basis.

I think some of what you’re saying here probably has merit, but comparing raw fatality numbers between autos and general aviation is not a meaningful comparison. Fatalities per million miles traveled or something like that would be a more helpful metric.

So much misinformation to unpack here. Pulling out my soapbox...

This website layout has turned into a complete joke.

Hey Jalopnik, did you guys know that we in the LGBTQ community are really sick to death of you and everyone else marketing to us for one month a year and raking in a profit while you pretend to give a shit about us?

How about you actually put your marketing budget where your mouth is and donate the proceeds of all your
