Not an AZ resident, but the last few times I drove through I noticed plenty of quads, dirtbikes and side by sides with plates, driving all over. Saw an old Banshee with a windscreen on the interstate haha.

Most heavy equipment I’ve used were essentially rolling oil leaks. I don’t blame him one bit for bailing.
