Mirrors edge in 3D was amazing.

@Piemonkey: Even in the good ol days, games that were single player only rarely received content upgrades for free. The witcher is one of the only games to come to mind, and that was recent. Most games with multiplayer components however, did so at a much frequent rate.

Out of all those complaining, how many of you actually planned to be dedicated server hosters with a functional server capable of housing 16 ish players. I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say exactly zero of you. In fact, 90% of dedicated servers are rented, the remaining 10% always coming from extremely well…

Uh...Tactical Melee Combat in a third person shooter with multiplayer

The guys who made Ico and Shadow of the Collosus should be the ones winning this award in my book. I've never played this game though, so it might be the best thing ever, I don't know.

I do think that Gabe is extremely deserving of the award, not for the free stuff he gives us PC gamers, but because of the positive impact his business model has on the PC platform, and gaming as a whole.One of the PC biggest boons
