Is it just me or does dante look like batman with a cross on his chest?

@Akhen: oh god. No, your "criminally naive" for thinking that you've successfully made this amazing deduction that somehow everybody at EA R&D and QA missed.

I don't think you all understand how things work.

What is up with these names. Seriously. I know the icecrown raid is going to involve killing the Lich King, but come on.

Since we seem to be talking about RPG's, I usually ram my head at the encounter for long enough time that the random number generator just makes me crit times in a row or something.

I don't get how you can argue with this sort of thing. Either you had fun playing a game, or you did not. You cannot argue how much fun someone else is having

@Evdor: I'm not the one missing the point. I spent hours on RPG like dragon age navigating the complex dialogue and using party set-ups like rogue/warrior/mage/rouge with crazy builds like a blood mage necromancer.

regardless whether or not the recent tomb raider games are actually good, lara's still a incredibly iconic postergirl for gaming. She deserves a good game after a decade of crap.

@cipher.Cero: In mass effect, towards the end of the game, the best strategy...period...is to run in, activate improved marksmanship with a pistol with mas damage mods, and kill everything, even on the highest difficulty. Thus, if a player wanted to actually use his tech powers, he would have to gimp himself on

@Evdor: That doesn't mean they should be that way though. It just so happens that single player RPG's make for the most convenient platform for players to compensate for developer oversight.

@Phi101: I was thinking the same thing, and agree wholeheartedly. I would be looking forward to that game so much if the main character wasn't called "dante", and the title was just "inferno"

I disagree completely on that thesis. While signing up multiple times may be slightly annoying, competition can only be healthy for the customer. Look at Xbox live, a lot of their policies downright disregard a lot of customer rights. Having multiple vying companies in the end, will result in a lot more fair
