Well, I generally agree, but I'd say that's an indirect benefit. Men have to worry about their timeline for having families -> men will work to change the workplace -> everyone benefits. Women would benefit directly from the improved workplace environment, not the men's declining fertility.

Some people find it offensive to use "blacks" as a noun instead of using "black" as an adjective (i.e. black people) since it reduces a person's humanity to a single attribute, skin color.
