I think you should look up what the hippocratic oath is. More than that, see how many health care providers actually take it. That’s not how health care works.

It’s part of the consent when you walk into most health care facilities. You cannot record. It’s not allowed. Some providers allow for it, but the hospitals all have lawyers too.

I am in RAGE over the doctor refusing to give her care based on her being “child-bearing age.” It’s not right, and as a physician, it’s not hard to simply document patient’s decision and if need be, document their planned contraception. Some insurance companies require this for coverage.
