I mean, if God intends for the Capitals to be involved in conference finals, he’s had a funny way of showing it over the years.

You’re really just not interested in the “why” behind something, rather than the simple fact that it did or didn’t happen, are you? I haven’t once claimed that the statement was true, only explained why it isn’t so.

The CBS article also does little for you. Blue Cross narrowed its networks to save money. That’s a private actor.

He did say it. It was untrue because some shitty plans were left out. The politifact article doesn’t contradict this in the least.

Your response is nonsensical. Yes, he did say it, at least 37 times. I didn’t argue against that. I explained to you why the quoted language ended up being untrue. Many plans failed to meet the minimum standards required to offer insurance on an exchange.

Do you realize, at all, the reason that the quoted claim isn’t true? President Obama claimed that if you liked your health plan, you could keep it. His claim referenced two important points. First, if your health plan existed prior to ACA enactment in 2010, you could, in fact, keep that health plan, no matter what.
