Agree about Rader.  What was so scary about him was how benign he was....normal middle class job, church elder, boy scout troop leader....he didn’t stick out AT ALL.

Also, A LOT of people would not be paying less.  Especially white collar workers who pay very little for their healthcare.  There needs to be an option to buy into Medicare or Medicaid at a way reduced rate.
