Actually scratch that. As its based on their accounts in the Football League they could get fined, but that's it. I don't believe clubs promoted from the Championship can face any more substantial punishments. And I'm not even sure QPR, who were due a huge fine, even paid it.

They won't be relegated. They could face a points deduction, but I'd be surprised if it's more than 10 points. It could cost them the league, but almost certainly won't based on the timescale for FFP assessment

But Booty-Os are good! They make sure you ain’t booty!

It was West Ham playing a team of West Ham All-Stars in a testimonial match for Mark Noble, basically a non-competitive match designed to celebrate his career and make some money either for the player (unlikely in this case) or for a charity.

Possibly Lawler’s heart attack? I think that was more of a pause than the show stopping though.

Like the time he disguised himself as Sting?

Only the directors seem to think this, and only at WWE. The fans I know do not enjoy that element of the direction in anyway.

But they didn’t ask questions. He straight up told them. They were, it seems, presented with the evidence. They had knowledge and didn’t act on it, which is by far the worst of the possible scenarios.

Not true, referees can only add time for certain things like injuries.

The referee being bad explains it?

“Almost unwatchable”? Isn’t the Premier League the most watched league in the world? And while referees can be poor, they’re not that bad, and certainly not lacking in integrity (sadly the same can’t be said for some of the other top flight leagues in Europe).

Ending when the ball is in play is the dumbest thing. The amount of times I’ve seen a game end while the ball is in the air from a goal kick is ludicrous, just don’t award the goal kick and blow up instead.

You can't really make that fit into the schedule with domestic leagues, it's simply too many matches.

100% Pierre. Look at him. That dude is a cold blooded killer.

Absolutely. Ballmer’s crazy but very much in the “oh he’s just an eccentric” way. Sterling was a racist scumbag and, quite possibly, a mummy judging by his appearance.

The Johnstone’s Paint Trophy is probably still the worst.

I imagine due to this match featuring bigger teams it draws more eye balls, thus helping to ensure Screamer’s future? Which sucks, but business is business. It’d be nice if Screamer got a little more in terms of resources to cover more though.

It is, apparently, the Vanarama National League now (which is a hilarious name).

To be fair, if I was Ronaldo I’d be constantly smirking too.

They do have divisions, just not in the American sense.
