It is INSANE how hot he's become. He was always an extra talented actor, I like him better than Cumberbatch in that, but now he is also insanely hot.

Don't be such a name dropper!
I'm not sure. The fact that Drogo abused her with a certain kindness is what swayed Daenerys' reaction. It was disturbing and problematic, but it made sense. As it was in the show, it was just a sudden change for me.
I agree, of course it is distressing, but in the book it at least made sense from a psychological point of view.
It's not that the wedding night had exactly a good outcome, it just made Daenerys more willing to try to build that relationship in a way that didn't feel that awkward. She was still terrified and a child (in the books she's younger than she appears to be in the show, I think). As I've said, it was still highly…
It's an issue I've had with a few HBO shows. Also an issue I've had with shows from other channels, but HBO stands out in the list of shows I've quit due to what I considered a bad treatment of female characters. Maybe it's just that I try a lot of shows from HBO because of their reputation.
Regarding GoT in…
I always think that those men are the ones that in those cases, don't really feel sorry for that character, they just think "that could have been my mother/daughter/sister" and feel angry because someone could hipothetically "defile their women".
Don't forget about the marital rape in season 1 with Drogo and Daenerys. That was problematic enough in the book, but a lot more violent in the show. I quit the show shortly after that. I just quit shows when I see something I truly can't take, because sadly that's the only thing they understand.
It dragged for me too, particularly the first part. The Paula/Rebecca confrontation was great, and personally I liked Darryl's and Maya's new friendship, but the rest felt superficial.
Darryl is just a really good person even when he is mean.
He looks like Jim Carrey to me too, but my reasoning ended with "So yes".
I've been in since the first trailer, but now that he got Mads Mikkelsen I am way more invested.
The day this show delivers a bad episode is the day we know television is dead, apparently. Baldoni had been the weak link for a while (still strong, because this is a super strong chain in which being the weak link means you are still plenty good), but this season he is delivering more and more as he gets better…
Yes, I understand why it happens, but it keeps feeling a bit lazy. That's a problem they'll never get rid of, though. They've established the babies as identical twins during Petra's port-partum depression, so when they become infants they will have to keep that up.
But Jane wanted the twins to have a relationship with Mateo too, so we should Rafael showing the twins to Mateo here and there, or at least someone should mention it once!
Just with Mateo, though. The twins are seriously marginalised to the point that it looks as if Rafael doesn't really care that much about those two kids.
Rogelio is amazing because we should really hate him sometimes, but we know how kind and generous and sweet he can be too, and Camil gives so much charm to the role that one just can't hate him. It's impossible to get over the amount of charm.

Jane the Virgin has also dealt with abortion in a similar way a few episodes ago. The CW is really hitting it out of the park with both of these shows every week now. Forget about HBO, this is my kind of prestige drama!
I wholeheartedly support the box-frame glasses.
Alba deserves some happiness, and it'd be good for Xo to be left on her own for a while, to Allow her to really grow as her own person. She's more of a mother and a daughter than she thinks.
