@8thManOnTheMoon: Yes, it surprises me that the errors wouldn't be displayed by the plane. What good is a diagnostic tool if you have to wait for someone externally to use it....

@JabbaB: The flash is coming out of the viewfinder. How realistic!

@angstman: Exactly, the more I think about this, the less impressive it seems to me.

@greyseal: "The iPhone is a computer..."

@mjschmidt: So it's easier to go out and spend hundreds than spend no money and literally half a minute of your time jailbreaking?

@michael: Jailbreak your phone. Install Camera+. Stop complaining.

@greyseal: Everybody bought phones that NEVER allowed them to install applications at all. For many years.

@Boomdiggity!: Except that Apple's Disneyland happens to have a massive selection of quality rides. The rides just have to abide by their safety standards.

@JChapa: If Apple's walled garden is that much of a problem for you, you could always just jailbreak your phone.

@virgil.ierubino: Precisely. If Apple lets Camera+ through with the button usage, every other camera app developer is going to expect the same courtesy...

It's odd how an object so insanely simple can be both very functional and at the same time beautifully mesmerizing.

Thank you for using HTML! I hate how some forums have nonstandard formatting tags, like [BOLD] and stuff like that.

@redman042: Apple's font anti-aliasing is just fine. It's not better or worse than say, the fonts on the Windows platform. Just different.

Barbie Video Girl takes this one. My Canon 5D Mark II will, sadly, never wear a pink zebra hoodie.

I hate having to zoom in to read text on my 3Gs; and when using the iPhone 4, while it's not necessary to zoom to read small text, the phone must still be held close to the face, which is more tiring than a lounge on the couch with a waist-level iPad.

@armendni: Do you abstain from watching the weather because it is 'pompous' to predict the weather?

Whoever wrote this knows nothing about photography and depth of field. Stopping down a lens makes the background more in focus, not less.

@Stevox: Is that really your picture? The one with the insane lens flare? Taken with the Canon EF 50mm f/1.0L?

@labeled: CRAZY AUNT KANYE: eh, I beg to differ. I worked until the week before my due date, and at later in my pregnancy at the end of the day on my commute home I was completely exhausted and not really up to standing for the 45 minutes it takes me to get home on the train.
