In RE: the drivers, the easiest thing to do is just download the latest drivers before you start building, such as on your old machine or work machine or whatever. Slap 'em on a USB drive, and you're ready to install right out of the gate. That prevents you from having to fiddle around in the middle of your build.
If available, I recommend a land-based wireless provider over cell or satellite based - better ping times that satellite, and avoids data limits common to both cell and satellite plans. See www.wispa.org
Use a longer sock and fold it over or add Velcro to it. Place the phone inside and create a flap to secure it.
For those having trouble installing it in Chrome, enable Developer Mode in the Extensions page. After that, should work like a charm :)
