This is an oldie but a goody

@Bob Campbell: Didnt delete the original when I used it.

@jonom: Yeh, did it sound tinny with a bit of echo?

@Orisue: Doesnt appear to, just tried it and nope

@zelannii: Yeh I was thinking more along the lines of same quantity of pub beer (guest ales) to home brewed

@Hankisanerd: So, would you say the hangovers are not as bad too?

@togeboge: All they do is change colour, contrast, brightness settings etc. Also depending on how old the tvs are, the panels can look different as some (plasma) take a number of hours to 'settle' in. Just ask if they have been ISF calibrated. They wont have been at all. Best thing to do is not buy from them at all.

@warped2049: So if you cant see it then its working perfectly

@Kevster: I just steal em, cheap as chips. NOTE - this is a joke

@Avi Horn: lol, Yeh me thinks their brain is made of something like...mush

Sorry but only two of those people have the expertise to be giving out tips on driving - Dan and Tyrone

@MikeofLA: Because I work for the company the person is pissed at and as such he IS pissed at me. Companys problem is also my problem and I am there to sort it regardless if I am the immediate cause or not.

@n0etic: Agrees completely

@MikeofLA: I hate it when I get told this.

Just a point, the majority of csrs who answer the phone have more expertise than a manager as managers are there to.....manage and most of them do not have the knowledge the csr has. Its how you talk to the csr that will determine how well the call goes. You get arsey and you will get the basic amount of help going.

@jonathan.garro: Then learn what the product is your are buying. Many times I have chatted to a customer who knows nothing about the product they have yet are happy to invest x amount of money in it then get pissed off when they loose money on it. Its your money, understand what you are investing in. OR if you are

@pirate_: Excellent reply. +10
