What do you do if you have an alvin and the chipmunks audio book?

As I come from over the pond I am quite shocked that you guys in the states actually eat this crap. Sure we got some hefty folk over here in the UK thanks to you guys shipping fast food restaurants over but hells bells thats some calorific eating going on there chaps.

@urpwnd: Actually spuds are not terible for you and they are not full of 'empty carbs'. If cooked correctly (and that means no deep frying) then they can be a really tasty and satisfying meal. Its these folk who are constnatly going on a bout low carb diets that are giving them a bad name.

@danhughes: You are either living outside the UK or work for the BBC. Even if someone never ever watched any of the Beeb channels we would still have to pay for a damn licence. Other channels rely on adverts (average 3 per hour rather than 1 every 5 mins in the USA so I have been told) and I much prefer this option…
