There is one key difference between Amazon and Tesla/Uber. While Amazon has always made slim profits, at any given point they could have essentially flipped a switch and made money hand over fist in insane amounts. Tesla/Uber don’t have that liberty to do that, they basically couldn’t do that if they wanted.

Tesla sounds like an absolutely awful place to work. Mass firings, discrimination, and “production hell” (and that’s from the CEO).

Re-read it! They were indeed third party employees, but their work was operating on Tesla’s property, in its factory. These workers being from a third-party does not strip them of their rights nor their owed respect, and as the lawsuit maps out, there could be a fair argument that Tesla is just as liable for the

No, they don’t have the support of the U.S. Government. Stop with your bullshit.

Well, this is the second year in a row that the majority of incoming freshman are non-white.

You have to be very, very careful with that argument though because it leads directly to: Blacks are responsible for a disproporitionate amount of violent crime and that’s why cops are so nervous around them to begin with.

This stuff makes me sick and has been going on far too long.

Lmao. I appreciate the hatred, it really makes you sympathetic and easy to understand and align with.

Torch, just for fun can you get them to cross post this at The Root and see what their take is?

Where is the outrage over at The Root?

Perhaps a platform where the first line on the page doesn’t read: “Co-host of the 6pm SportsCenter, aka The Six.”

She just needs to make a private twitter for friends and family. I mean, when you have ESPN all over your twitter and tweeting sports story’s, and then all the sudden politics, it kinda makes sense to me.

Whole Foods and Amazon are bad too. Lots of bad stuff in this world.

Welcome to “innovation” in today’s silicon valley, where the word just means taking something we’ve been using for decades, teching it up with an app, and claiming it’s a groundbreaking new invention.

Hilary Clinton was not more qualified than Joe Biden and certainly less likable. The centrist, neo liberal, blue dog, wing of the Democratic Party, which Clinton is part of, has run the party for the last 25 years and should be held responsible for its success and failure.

That “most qualified person ever to run for President” thing is really ridiculous spin. Clinton is pretty qualified, sure - Secretary of State, Senator, various policy initiatives in her husband’s White House, work as a lawyer and on Wal-Mart’s board of directors.

But there have been plenty of Presidents and

In a sane world, no one would ever describe anyone who voted for Iraq as “qualified.” I voted for her as the lesser evil compared to Trump, but her experience in the senate (where she voted to invade Iraq) or as Secretary of State (where she pushed for our half-assed, predictably counter-productive campaign in Libya),

That could most definitely be true. All I'm saying is I do my best and take pride in actively not buying items made there.

It'll break in a week, it's Chinese.

This disgusts me. .Just another reason why I avoid buying ANYTHING made in China. Its difficult, but certainly achievable.
