I loved the Stick flashbacks, the present day plot, not so much.

They could have easily solved this problem by having fewer episodes or by replacing those repetitive scenes with more character building stuff.

I hope in the next season the showrunners remember that their characters have day jobs and should actually practice law once in awhile.

Whatever they do, it's going to have to be a tricky balance between the feel of realism and the inherent outlandishness of being a superhero show. I don't see them entirely jettisoning their style to become more like the movies, but they will probably move a couple degrees in that direction. As for the ninjas, they
