the technology shown (even though it's AR) is well ahead of the curve

Note: I think this looks awesome and I'd love to try it. I'm not confined to the limits of the crazy fanboy world you perceive.

They are different technology...how can one be ahead of the other? They need to be one the same race track for one to be ahead of the other. What is your criteria?

A lot of the results from that searchcode are junk if you page through. There are only a few bad examples on the initial 10 pages of results...but when you try filtering you'll see that a majority of the 3,644 results are completely unrelated

Even considering the handful of legitimate examples in there, it is not

At first I was disappointed...but the more I think about it...the funnier it is that this link goes to nothing.

You missed the part where he said they were completely different. You are comparing apples to oranges. I'd agree with the first part of your statement about some people being a little overly hard on the hololense with very flimsy reasoning. But then why are you going out of your way to downplay the accomplishments

I agree...traditional games are best for their more intimate social nature. But Maybe its better to say it'd make remote/online board gaming a lot more fun (if you have distant friends or family). Or a maybe a game like yu-gi-oh where in the cartoon the monsters pop out of the cards. Well with this people could

Damn now minecraft REALLY resembles lego with it all over the living room like that. Now the question is will it be cheaper than lego? =P

(Don't answer that...it was a joke suggesting this could [understandably] be expensive...obviously nothing is as expensive as lego).

What? When did quality come into question? Are there more high quality games exclusive to Linux? Wait are you using quality in reference game design or performance? Because the former means a lot more than the latter, and even in the latters case a lot of games perform better on windows because they were poorly

Ah fuck it...they both post! =\ Don't mind me...looking like a crazy man here.

Ok I'm going to press "Publish" this time...

Or is it just me....

WHY IS THE CANCEL BUTTON BROKEN?

Steam games available for...

Linux: 1,686.
Mac: 3,121.
Windows: 9,786.

Not a good option for gamers unfortunately =\.

We've heard rumors that Cortana is coming to the desktop, but today Microsoft showed off how it's going to work. Cortana lives in the task bar and can be used alongside search much the same way that integrated search already works in the existing Windows 10 beta. You can trigger Cortana with the voice command "Hey

Good luck controlling a cursor with the same precision at high speeds.

First...no...Windows 98 is a distinguishable operating system that will have things that windows 95 does not. Yeah you can say they are similar or that 98 was built straight off of 95. But can you safely say there were no changes to the Windows API between then? I doubt it. Does windows 95 support everything that

Because seven ate nine.

You'd think they would have the same issue differentiating Windows 95 from Windows 98 if that were the case. Maybe there's an explanation for that too...

Don't have an XB1 but this sounds like a pretty convenient addition to features for both the XB1 and Windows 10.

I'm a bit conflicted on that prospect. In one hand more options are cool to have, in another hand online fps players would be at a serious disadvantage playing without KB+M.
