I hit claim account. I provided my login and email for my AVCLUB Disqus account, and I’m still greyed out. Not sure it worked. Anybody, anybody? Am I screaming into the void?

I keep hitting claim but I think I’m still in the greys. Not sure what to do and I can’t find my original comment to verify even after hitting that damn show more comments button 150 times.
