Even in cases where we know for certain that a rape happened, and the rape kit has been tested, there’s no DNA evidence for over half of those cases. And DNA doesn’t do anything if the accused goes with a consent defense. There’s a lot more barriers than just untested rape kits.

I don’t agree with the rest of what she’s said, but I read that as a distinction between the women that DID consent in exchange for a role and the women who did not. I don’t think she is implying that the women who said no to him and did not take the role were not raped.
