The point was clearly that the "where's Left 4 Dead 3?" comment was a joke, a reaction to when Left 4 Dead 2 was announced and people were pissed that a sequel came out so soon when they were still waiting for Episode 3 (at the time that still was happening).

He's right, there were so many people out there who wanted Saints Row 4 but were waiting for a Steam sale. As soon as it went to £15, everyone I knew got it. Some get it right though such as Retro City Rampage, Metal Gear Revengerance and Terraria which were on sale on launch or as pre-order.

It's not really backwards compatibility. It still runs through DS mode and by "Gameboy line" it's only emulation and not spot on emulation either, and other cards do it better as they have added memory and so on. In this respect, the PS Vita is backwards compatible with the GB line as well as N64 and PSX through the

Are their shoulder buttons and is this thing going to take batteries or will it have it's own in their?

One thing Nintendo has totally nailed, that's the handheld market. They can have failures in the home console market and Virtual Boy can be a total flop but their handhelds will keep Nintendo around for a long time, barring some huge cock up.

Yeah, I keep forgetting that all of those million selling games, Pokemon merch and portable consoles are not Nintendo's.

No love for Sony laptops then? :P

Like a lot of people I'll be sticking with my PC because, well for what they are they cost a lot more, even more than buying a regular PC with higher specs.

Boys toys? It's been a long time since they did separate ones over in the UK, though Burger King still do. Oddly BK had Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventure toys now, as much as my daughter loves Pac-Man, she thinks that series is a piece of crap.

Sonic Lost World was shit though, the Nintendo biased places even said so.

Honestly, most of what I bought recently on sale (probably around 60%) were games I pirated and already finished...but I wanted to support the people behind it, even if it's just a small way even if I'll probably never play that game again.

I'm sorry, my intention was to be funny, not snippy.

What is the engine used by Valve?

I think even a retail game like Alan Wake did a lot better when it hit Steam.

Tell that to the devs who have short timed exclusivity with Microsoft. There were a lot of complaints in the last couple of years about the overheads they had to pay to Microsoft that they only really make profit when they are able to release it on PC. One dev (maybe the guy who did Retro City Rampage) stated that he

They weren't all bad, Wolverine was a fantastic little guilty pleasure and SM: Shattered Dimensions, while nothing compared to main versions of Spider-Man 2/Ultimate Spider-Man was a very nicely thought out game.

Deadpool?

This game has moments of greatness but far too much filler gameplay. I didn't really feel that I was playing a game, more that I was playing an interactive movie. It reminds me of episodes from the first two seasons of Walking Dead: WOAH THIS IS GOOD...then plods along...then WOAH...then plods along etc.

A headline for "I Spit On Your Grave" would be no more different to any others you see on those dreadful women's magazines like Chat or Woman's Own.

What I mean is modern resources.
