I really don’t think they are - there is so much free content out there on YouTube in particular and curated meditation sites like this one that I simply can’t justify paying for something that better hearts are giving away for free.

Or just plug in to something like this HD Mediataion, where you have a bunch of great channels in one place as I do, and simply doze off... :D
