Also connect Marcus to the community better. Little exchanges with the employees at shops. Make it seem as though he likes to live where he is and that he may have a vested interest in improving it by taking on ctos and Blume. Better than just being able to shoot or punch randos. GTA 3 let us do that.

Should’ve put Marcus in college, made it like Bully to an extent. Classroom quests are optional (like undergrad) but they make finals quest easier.
