This is Potomac. It will sell and sell quickly. I predict an all-cash offer before mid-June.
$4.5M for 12,000 sq ft on four acres? In Potomac, MD?
I think I figured out whose house this is. Robert Kraft. He just has some kind of fetish for stripmall massage parlors but doesn’t want to risk the public ones anymore.
I loved my 04 tsx stick. Then Acura lost the channel completely, make ugly garbage for 16 years. Alienated a generation with their beak. This looks like a nice car, bit alas I drive a boxster S today - not going back.
The interior is weird. I always say I’d rather have buttons for most of the controls but it definitely looks like someone threw up buttons all over the wheel and dash.
That’s still just Beak Part 2.
It’s almost like it’s doing this...

But that is certainly what many narcissists end up learning by reading between the lines who view these programs as a way to “make it to the…
I’ve been using the PIAA silicone wiper blades. Have had it for about 15 months now in NYC and they’re still usable. Definitely doesn’t wipe as well as day 1, but it hasn’t gotten to the point where it doesn’t do anything but leave streaks. And it still doesn’t make any noise at all.
One year is about the right interval for new squeegees from my own experience.
