How is “STEM funding” cut?  Most of our major city school systems are operating at record budgets, even when losing student count, because their increases are on autopilot.

There’s an expansion tank, no? Name one good reason for opening the radiator. Idiot is the correct name to be called in this situation.

Do you think the fine lads giggling about it knew he probably shouldn't do that, though? Maybe they could have warned him? Watching your friend blow off the outer layer of his arm's skin does make great video content so I guess not.

I’d argue the lack of common sense is still taught in schools and society as a whole as we eliminate and/or shield youths from consequences for poor choices.

STEM funding won’t do jack. This is what happens when you cut shop from schools.

I wouldn’t call him an idiot, either.  He’s a jackass.

Totally fair, I mean he’d have to be able to read to know not to take a cap off, and that’s not a given in this case.

Nobody taught him that you shouldn’t mess with the coolant system when hot (or to read the manual/warnings on the cap).

Not true. I have seen plenty of STEM students do even stupider shit. The worst are the ones with masters and doctorate degrees.... It is because they got rid of the good shop and tech classes.

This topic drives me crazy. The entire point of STEM is to provide a title for technical and scientific areas of training.

Pretty sure this happened in the UK.

This has nothing to do with STEM.

I’ve seen AP Chem students and college engineering and physics majors do this same dumb kind of shit. Some people just don’t think carefully before they act and need to get bit hard by reality before they truly understand the concept of consequences.

It’s intriguing that you can’t buy it in actual stores, but have to go to sketchy nightclubs or the internet.

I know when I am shooting brown, I often hope for a brake.

Luckily for Shelby, Ford was keen to have him work on it upcoming Ferrari-baiting GT project so we sorted for work.

These energy drinks are basically chemtrails in a can. I mean, is there anything that one could consider “edible” in the ingredients? You can probably use it as flux for soldering, though.

Or a hot spot.

If you live in a cold spot you might not say this.

Not if you live in a cold place and you dont want your car to be 25*f and blowing cold air at you on your way to work
