we have that issue too. With this job market, we have to put up with the 9 bad temps to get that 1 good one. we are generally pretty good about eliminating the bad ones in the first week or 2. Its their market, if they don’t like working at your company, they don’t show up anymore. we get this too

This is true. My industrial park is also ~20min outside the city. There is bus service out here though. Though at $40k starting, affording a car is realistic. 

A tech company isn’t going to help with build quality, production inefficiencies, etc.  remember part of how Tesla was going to succeed was automation of the assembly line - obviously that didn’t work out.

Neutral: No I’m not worried. There have been ups and downs before and yet the industry survives. Now hopefully the measures being taken now will help ensure that bailouts wont be needed again. Also hopefully no more layoffs are needed. Sometimes I worry about Tesla, but seems like analysts have called for their death…
