@zephrim mentioned the APK that you can put on your phone. I have had terrible luck with this over a cell network, but, I got it running under Bluestacks on my gaming PC, and used RDP to go talk to Xur via the remote play APK under Bluestacks.

Yeah, the green/blue/purple system has totally been overhauled. There are low level blues you get sub-20 that are way shittier than higher level greens. Hell, greens go all the way up to level 32 now!

Most of the exotics, really, sound and look great (the launchers being the exception, as they sound alike). Not all of them are super useful, but they all mostly feel really fun and unique.
