Try that argument before a judge yourself and tell me how it goes. He was lucky. If he was impaired or just sleepy and killed someone it still would be manslaughter at the very least (given you don’t have million dollar lawyers that is). 

I always have a fresh coat of RainX on my windshield and it works better than wipers in most -not all- rainy situations. Light mist in slow speeds not so much. 

If someone is flying one of these in my neighborhood I can hear it and these are light toys without payloads. Nobody will stand for that noise there will be lawsuits and I will join them.
