I started this game a month or two ago on my xbox and I have really enjoyed it. I don’t get a ton of time to play with work, school, and kids, but I think it is a well done platformer. It can be challenging but has not felt “cheap”.

Just because it was legal doesn’t mean it was a good idea in retrospect.

Maybe through an agency, but through the foster care system is is basically net zero (at least in NC). We had to pay a few hundred dollars here and there to the lawyer and the state for new birth certificates, but it was all reimbursed back to us from DSS.

Well he thinks regular BBQ sauce is spicy, so pretty much anything past green pepper is mouth on fire.

My son has a sub account in my “family” and he can not access the DLC of BotW unless I am signed into his switch and it’s the primary switch.

Even if no one else gets it, I did.  Well played.

I recent bought a Switch Lite for my son last Friday, and wow I was shocked at how awful it was to get his user from my switch to this new one. All of my games are physical (expect BotW DLC), and that was another nightmare trying to get the physical game to grab the DLC on a different user. I had to, like Mike, make

That is kind of my thought. I have a PS4 and I have debated buying a Pro (I have a PSVR as well), but if the PS5 is going to have backwards compatibility, it seems a bit wasteful to buy a Pro at this moment.

...stumbles like Dr. Mario World.

If I leave anything sweet within reach of my one son (he is 13 so pretty much not locked up), he will seek it out and consume it.  I thought about buying some Jalapeno M&Ms and dumping them into a candy bowl (not that he would read anyways, but just in case).  This however is even better.  I place the bowl within shot

I do not normally buy games at soon as they come out, but I have been waiting for this one since it was announced. I am behind on my college work, so I need to power through it, because I can not wait to play this. My 6 year is even excited as well.

I look at it not so much as a $100 cheaper switch, but a $50 more expensive 2DS XL or $120 more than a 2DS. Which I feel is an extreme value in the hardware department, but you do have to consider the regular switch is only $100 more. My switch is docked 95% of the time in my office at my house, except for when my 6

Mostly off topic, but this game sounds exactly like what I hoped for with the FF7 remake.  Make the same game, but put a new HD coat of paint on it and add some QoL changes.

I guess I am blessed with immunity to stuff like this. Of course it helps that I have CBS (Cheap Bastard Syndrome). My one son has spent at least a couple hundred dollars in Fortnite (He gets PSN cards for birthday/Christmas) and “I am like sooooo it’s just a skin?” On one hand I am like well cool, its not pay to win,

It does not go into detail, but when I hear or read adult son (in a context like this), I think there may be developmental issues. If micro transactions were a thing when we were younger, I could see my sister spending a lot of money and not “get it”. She is in her mid 40s now, a fully functioning adult with a job,

They usually end up in the used bargin bin at Gamestop. :)

I am super pumped about this week. Excited for Link’s Awakening and Untitled Goose Game. I played Link’s Awakening as a kid on an original Game Boy and my son, who is six and we call him Link (short for Lincoln), loves playing Breath of the Wild. He is excited for this game as well. Every morning for the past week or

I am super excited about the Goose game. I have anxiously waiting for it for well over a year now. I generally don’t buy games when they first come out (I am cheap and wait for sales), but this might be an instant purchase :)

Isn’t this exactly what every manufacture does with sales? The best selling car in its class**

They must have just stopped offering then, because I thought they still were like a year ago.  They must have wised up. :)
