I just built a new PC (replacing my ten year old PC I built which had a retail copy of win 7 installed).  I downloaded the Windows 10 installer, installed it, and used my Retail Windows 7 key from a decade and it took it no problem, as if it was a windows 10 key.

As a dad who cooks, cleans, fixes shit, who diapered my kid just as much as my wife, led the way for potty training, did cloth diaper laundry, and who strives to connect with my daughter on a daily basis...

I had a coworker who’s Mom worked for the health department. At least here in NC, the food trucks are held to a higher standard than brick and mortar restaurants. Essentially a Taco truck gets inspected closer than a Taco Bell.

But it’s nearly the same in value now. Fifty-nine cents in 1991 is about $1.10 in 2019. The basic hard taco you mentioned is $1.29. Pretty close. The value is still there, but with more choices and sauces, too. Yum.

When I was young I remember McDs having a “throw back” special of like $0.39 cheeseburgers (price could be off, but it was at least two for a dollar). My family would buy like 20-30 and that would be dinner and lunch the day at home.

This makes me think of a DVR fee with the cable company. You have to pay more for the DVR box PLUS a DVR usage fee. WHY? The box is doing all the work. It’s stored locally, so it is not like I am accessing some cloud based DVR.

I have used Nvidia cards for a decade.  I just built a new computer, but I am reusing my old video card (GTX 660 TI) for the moment.  AMD really knocked it out the park with that 5700 XT.  Even with that blower cooler, that thing is keeping up with cards much more expensive.  I say it is the best value in video cards…

I just wait for it to go on sale.  I just picked up Kingdom Hearts 3 for $20 last week.  But I am cheap, so I love cheaper games.  Rouge Legacy is one of my favorite games and its like $15.
