The more hours I put into this game the more it becomes crystal clear that they decided to let the modders of the world be their clean up crew. There is waaaaaay to much design inconsistency going on in this fallout, feels like a new team arrived every 6 months and they just handed it off repeatedly.

For me this Fallout was a giant dud.
