I think something to keep in mind is, is the thing being taken out artistically important. Not everything is artistic.

The problem is that bigot is very rarely used except by bigots.

I think it is important to recognize art and porn are different. Some are in the same collection of design. So censorship in of itself is not always wrong but very much can be. In some cases it is very much just porn passed off as art.

I don’t play this game but really seem to have a love hate relationship with it.

Buy they don’t have it copyrighted. You can’t copyright ideas. Well you can with bribing and such but in court it never holds up.

Although if it is on pc it might not be enough in their territory to care to make a weak case of something you can not copyright.

I don’t think it is just hate on Call of Duty I think alot of it comes from frustration of the market in general. Alot of people are starting to find Assassins Creed and Far Cry stale as well. I think Call of Duty has just become the punching bag.

I think it is like most Fandom which are of an unusual type is you can’t really find what people are truly attracted to it. You can see the pieces of it but not the whole thing. It deals too much with human nature.
