He's in residency. So would he still be online? I will google. And yes, it's important that he tells the truth. If he's not a doctor, okay, but if he's not it's already over.

Okay, it's not Saturday anymore, BUT I need advice. I met a guy on OKCupid and subsequently went out with him, had a great time, etc. He is a doctor. I told my mom about it a couple days later, and the first thing out of her mouth was, "Not to be rude, but is he really a doctor?" First of all, that WAS really rude.

Doesn't he understand that his wife said that FOR A REASON???? Maybe he should sit down with his wife, and ask her why she suddenly turned away.

Wait, you lost me. Are you saying that ALL BC should be covered by insurance? Or are you saying that your BC isn't covered by insurance? That would be very odd, since your toothpaste is.

I girl I went to school with used Aquaphor because she was having that same treatment. yay aquaphor!

I LOVE AQUAPHOR. I used to use vaseline, but aquaphor is so much better!!! And if you don't like your lips a lot, you won't with this stuff on; there's no need to cause they feel amazing when aquaphored up!

I know. I am thin, but their clothes fit the seriously thin only. I hate trying on pants there, cause I have to go a size up. I know it's stupid, but I just don't like it. If they made their clothes better, I would be able to stay in my size and feel confident about it.

I AGREE. I really dislike how H&M clothes fit me. They don't flatter me, I don't think, and they're just not comfortable.

Sia!!! I love Sia!

Aww, that's super cute! I am happy for you guys!

Hmm, yeah. I agree now, it is good to IM just a bit, cause as I do, I am finding that I don't even want to meet up with them. Not enough in common. Or unemployed.

:( I am sorry you're going through a rough patch. I hope it gets better ASAP!

What do you guys think about OkCupid? I just signed up today, have received a lot of responses, but when are any of them gonna ask me out on a date?! I guess I'm just ready to go. If we talk about everything in messages on the site, we're not going to have anything to talk about in real life, like on a first date.

I wasn't saying having children is like becoming a doctor. My point was that it's the same when you ask someone "why do you want to be a doctor/lawyer/pharmacy technician/whatever?" and they say "mm, i dunno." Just like you need to have a reason to become a doctor/lawyer/teacher/whatever, it is necessary ti know why

It's kind of like asking someone, "Why do you want to be a doctor?" And their response is to shrug. (And it can be any kind of job) I think, especially with children, people think they have to have them, cause that's what everyone does, right? And she sounds irresponsible and intellectually lazy, as having children is

Oh, wow. Please don't do that again! I don't want you to die! Also, I can't believe your friend actually said why you needed to go to the bank.

Lol, I am getting all kinda of laughs out of this saturday night social tonight. That is a funny sentence. I do get what you're trying to say, though. It would be good to do mid-to-late twenties to late twenties. Just so that we know mid and late go together. so I am seconding what wannabenomad said

Lol, it is. I am laughing right now thinking about it. "Hey mom, GUESS WHAT! I am in Europe, so I get to live out my dream of dressing up like a black lady!!! I am sooo excited!" I mean, seriously. That is pretty funny.

I guess...hmm...when I give to charity, I do it because my religion says I am supposed to. So in those instances, I am doing it to be obedient and to win favor (if that is even possible). So in my case, it is selfish. And two anecdotal instances come to mind. In high school, I went to DC for a leadership conference,

Mmm, it'd be kinda rude to say something, I think. It's pretty funny that she said that. I never imagined someone would say that....i mean, "like I've always wanted to do!" wth? just a weird thing to dream about.
